Family Gratitude
As you read the book together, each family member can share what they are most grateful for in life.
Each family member can fill out the Five minute Gratitude Journal and reflect on three good things that happened that day.
You can write a good experience down on a piece of paper and put it in the gratitude jar. At the end of the year, open the jar and reflect on all the good things that happened.
Thank you Note
As you go through the book, ask a child to think about someone they would like to thank.
Encourage them to write a letter or draw a picture expressing their gratitude.
